MaApp ("we", "our", or "us") operates Ma App (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

• Account Information: Phone number, business name, and optional profile information you provide during registration.
• Business Data: Invoices, bills, expenses, inventory, customer information, and other business-related data you create within the App.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the App, features used, and error logs.
• Payment Information: When you subscribe, payment is processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not store your payment card details.

Your business data is primarily stored locally on your device. If you subscribe to our cloud backup service:

• Only you can access your business data through your authenticated account

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With trusted third parties who assist us in operating the App (e.g., cloud hosting)

• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Subscriptions

Our App offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Monthly Subscription: Provides access to cloud backup and sync features for one month, renewing automatically
• Yearly Subscription: Provides access to cloud backup and sync features for one year, renewing automatically

Payment is processed by Apple. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your business data
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Our App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
